APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE 15TH DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING THE MONTH FOR WHICH THE MINIMUM INCOME BENEFIT IS REQUESTED, pursuant to Decree-Law no. 91 of 26 May 2020, as subsequently amended, and Chapter II of Regulation no. 3 of 11 May 2020, as subsequently amended.
Applicants are hereby informed that, as of 1 October 2026, in order to apply for the Guaranteed Minimum Monthly Family Income, it is mandatory to complete the DRP (Income and Assets Declaration) in its entirety, pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 1, of Law no. 16 of 4 February 2026, as amended by Article 6, paragraph 2, of Delegated Decree no. 126 of 31 August 2026.
In accordance with Congress of State Decision no. 11 of 22 September 2026, the DRP may be submitted up until the date on which payment of the requested benefit is due to commence.
The DRP can be completed through the ICEE online application, available under the online services section of the GOV.SM portal.
Pursuant to Article 56 of Law no. 223 of 23 December 2020 and Article 8, paragraph 14, of Law no. 207 of 22 December 2021, the “APPLICATION FORM FOR THE E-BIKE PURCHASE INCENTIVE” is provided below.
